An integrated analytical network for protein characterisation (2022–2023)

Abstract:
This proposal aims to provide researchers with complementary tools for in-depth characterisation of proteins and proteomes, including their post-translational modifications. It aims to deliver unparalleled technology to south east Queensland for characterisation and research into proteomics, biomolecular complexes, glycans and glycobiology. The project aims to further strengthen the collaborative cluster of expertise in the region, and provide rapid and targeted response for future emerging research needs. This infrastructure will enhance the collaborative arrangements in protein biology, and provide significant benefits in both fundamental and applied aspects of research in this field.
