Overview

Bob Crudgington has more than 30 years experience in sports coaching and management including 15 years in high performance sports programs for Diving and Softball and has worked and consulted for the Australian Institute of Sport, the Queensland Academy of Sport and other National Sporting Organizations.

Bob is currently an Associate Lecturer in Sport Coaching at the UQ School of Human Movement and Nutrition Sciences where he delivers courses on High Performance Management, Performance Profiling as well as Talent Identification and Development, Advanced Training Programs and Skill Acquisition/Performance Analysis.

Bob’s research focuses on the design of digital media and tools to assist sports coach developers and coaches in improving their practice.
