  • Crop physiology, photosynthesis, and modelling
    Crop resource use efficiencies (RUE, TE); Leaf and canopy photosynthesis modelling; Process integration using leaf-canopy-crop models (Cross-Scale Modelling); Agricultural Production Systems sIMulator (APSIM); Predicting impacts of genetic and agronomic interventions; Linking crop models with genomics.
  • Crop design optimisation
    Novel tools for in silico crop optimisation; Genetics x Management x Environment interaction analysis; Drought-prone environments.
