Korea-Australia Bio-Product Alliance (2008–2012)

Abstract:
The project will develop platform technologies necessary to convert sugar into high value products and fuels. The main aim is to develop a sucrose-based biorefinery platform for butanol production, which is used as chemical feedstock for paint components and technical solvents and as a superior biofuel to ethanol.
