Prospective evaluation of lymphoedema among patients with gynaecological cancer (2008–2011)
- Abstract:
- This study brings a multidisciplinary team of researchers together to improve the outcome for cancer patients, in particular to find out when, in whom and why lower-limb swelling develops after treatment for gynaecological cancer. This research will help us to understand if there is promise for early detection and treatment of lower-limb swelling, when best to initiate treatment, and has the aim to improve patients' quality of life.
